Pope in Fiat waves to adoring crowds in Manhattan
NEW YORK (FOX 5 NEWS) - While select people were lucky enough to secure tickets to see Pope Francis in person, for some it was a real New York moment as they witnessed His Holiness driving by right on East 66th Street.
With tickets to see the Holy Father in limited supply, some went so far as to scalp the prized passes on the secondary market. But for the small crowd congregated along the streets of the Upper East Side, just a small dose of patience paid big dividends as the pope smiled and waved from his Fiat 500 brightening up the days of those lucky to be in the right place at the right time, no ticket necessary.
