WASHINGTON (FOX 5 DC) - D.C. police have released surveillance video that they hope will help lead to four men and a vehicle that they believe are linked to a homicide on Georgia Avenue, Northwest.
The incident unfolded in the 4300 block on Sunday, Feb. 24.
Police responded to the scene around 1:24 a.m.
When they arrived, they discovered that two shooting victims were seeking medical treatment.
One of the victims - 30-year-old David Elijah Brandon of Burtonsville, Md. - died at a local hospital.
