Manassas community holds vigil for 16-year-old killed in First Friday shooting

Community members gathered at the Harris Pavilion in Manassas to hold a vigil for a 16-year-old bystander killed during a First Friday event. Police have arrested one suspect and are currently working to identify a second gunman involved in the crossfire.
