DC, Virginia sue over Pres. Trump's proposed arch

Virginia and D.C. have filed a joint lawsuit tonight challenging President Donald Trump's proposed triumphal arch. D.C. Council Chairman Phil Mendelson submitted a declaration in support of the case, and also serves as a member of the National Capital Planning Commission.
