16-year-old killed in Manassas shooting; thousands without power after storms

A 16-year-old girl was killed and a 21-year-old man was wounded after gunfire erupted near the train depot during Manassas’ First Friday event. Police are searching for the shooter. Also: More than 76,000 customers lost power after severe storms swept through the DMV, bringing down trees and power lines. Crews are working to restore service.
