Judge in Lindsay Clancy trial gives defense 1 hour to appeal before he declares a mistrial

The judge in the Lindsay Clancy trial said he would declare a mistrial Friday before suddenly changing course and giving her defense attorney an hour to ask the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court if the order could be stopped.
