Vigil held for innocent teen shot and killed in Manassas; 1 arrested

The Manassas community held a vigil Saturday night after a 16-year-old girl was killed in a shooting. Investigators say she was an innocent bystander caught in the crossfire. One of the suspected shooters has been arrested.
