Metro holds meeting to discuss looming budget deficit
Metro held a Finance and Capital Committee hearing on a potential budget gap Thursday. Metro says riders could see big changes to service -- if the agency can?t solve it?s $750 million deficit for fiscal year 2025. If those cuts were implemented, trains would run every 20 to 30 minutes during the day and there would be no more night time service.
