Shots fired at homes, vehicles in northwest DC; no injuries reported

Police are searching for suspects after homes and vehicles in several different D.C. neighborhoods were shot at since last week.

The latest incidents happened early Sunday morning in the northwest. Investigators several car windows and homes were shot at sometime between midnight and 2:30 a.m. along the 800 block of Crittenden Street and near the intersection of 8th and Kennedy Streets.

No injuries were reported at either location.

The latest calls for shots fired happened just days after a similar situation in the southeast. Last Thursday night, homes and vehicles in four different parts of southeast were shot at. No one was injured in those incident.

No arrests have been made in any of the incidents. Investigators say it is not clear is any of the shootings are connected.
