SILVER SPRING, Md. (FOX 5 DC) - Police say a suspect is in custody after a person was stabbed outside of a Metro station in Montgomery County Thursday.
Officers say the stabbing was reported around 11 a.m. outside of the Wheaton Metro station in the Silver Spring area. Officials say one person was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The suspect was taken into custody shortly after.
Trains that had been bypassing the station have now resumed service.
