WASHINGTON - There is new information in the 2015 murders of three members of a wealthy D.C. family and their housekeeper.
A new document filed in the case says prosecutors plan to use suspect Daron Wint's Facebook page against him.
Specifically, the document says prosecutors plan to show Wint's typical Facebook "use by hour of the day and compare that use to his use on May 13th and 14th" when Savvas and Amy Savopoulos, their 10-year-old son Philip, and housekeeper Vera Figueroa were murdered inside their Northwest D.C. home.
The document also says the investigation shows one "outgoing" message during the time Wint is accused of holding the four hostages inside their house on Woodland Drive before setting it on fire on May 14, 2015.
Wint is scheduled to go on trial in September.
