Talk about a fascinating show and tell! Come along on a FOX 5 field trip for a first-of-its-kind look at the massive underground infrastructure project to relieve storm water and sewage flooding in the District's Bloomingdale neighborhood.

DC Water's General Manager George Hawkins tells us about the utility's multi-year, multi-million dollar project (due to be completed next year) led by a tunnel boring machine nicknamed Lucy.
