DC man arrested for trying to force woman to perform sex act on him on Metro train

WASHINGTON - A 27-year-old D.C. man has been arrested for exposing himself and trying to get a woman to perform a sexual act on him on a Metro train, Metro said.

Anthony Sinclair has been charged with aggravated sexual battery and assault and battery for an incident that happened at around 2 p.m. Monday on an Orange Line train that approaching the Dunn Loring-Merrifield station in Vienna, Virginia.

Metro Transit Police said Sinclair was identified as the suspect and arrested immediately. He is being held without bond.
