From a springlike Sunday with rainbows to a BITTER COLD Monday, temperature swings continue

WASHINGTON - What a difference a day makes!

On Sunday - temperatures were in the 60s with late afternoon showers. There were signs of spring in the air during the day and even a beautiful double rainbow was spotted near Columbia, Md. after the rain.

Today - on the other hand - winter is back with early morning temperatures in the teens and 20s. Bundle up for a cold day with temperatures only expected to get into the low 40s.
