LOCATED: Police locate 14-year-old girl missing from DC
WASHINGTON - UPDATE | 11/28/18: Police say 14-year-old Phillis Randolph has been located.
Police are asking for help locating 14-year-old Phillis Randolph.
Randolph was last seen in the 700 block of 26th Street in Northeast, D.C. on Monday, November 19.
She is described by officials as a black female with a light brown complexion. She is 5-feet-5-inches tall and weighs 130 pounds. She has brownish hair in braids, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a multi-color jacket, a light blue polo shirt, navy blue pants and navy blue boots.
