Police: Juvenile male shot in Northeast DC

WASHINGTON - A juvenile was injured in a shooting Sunday afternoon in Northeast DC, police say.

DC police say they received a call just after 1 p.m. for reports of a juvenile male suffering from a gunshot wound, following a shooting at 45th and Ponds Street, Northeast.

Officers say he was found conscious and breathing. Police have not released additional information at this time.
