Missing man last seen in Alexandria over a week ago located, police say

UPDATE: Prince William County police say William Lovelace Jr. was located outside of their jurisdiction.

Prince William Police need your help finding a missing man who was last seen over a week ago.

Officers say 68-year-old William Lovelace Jr. was last seen on Thursday, June 14 around 11 a.m. after leaving a family member's residence in Alexandria, VA.

He is considered an endangered adult who is believed to be missing under voluntarily circumstances and may need assistance. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call Prince William County police at 703-792-6500.

He is described as a black male, 6-feet tall and weighing 315 pounds. He has a bald head and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a white shirt with tan stripes and gray pants.
