Maryland winner of June 26 $1 Million Mega Millions prize yet to come forward

Maryland Lottery officials say they are yet to hear from the winner of the June 26 $1 Million Mega Millions drawing -- and they have less than a month left to come forward.

Maryland Lottery says a winning ticket was sold at Tantallon Exxon on Indian Head Highway in Fort Washington the day of the drawing.

But, no one has stepped forward to claim the prize.

Officials say the person with the winning ticket has until Dec. 24 to claim the winnings.

The winning numbers were 17, 25, 29, 39 and 60; the Mega Ball number was 19.

Maryland Lottery officials say the winner should bring the ticket and required identification (listed at mdlottery.com/winners/how-to-claim) to the Maryland Lottery Customer Resource Center at 1800 Washington Boulevard in Baltimore.

Because the game technically expires on Christmas Day, which is a state holiday, the winner must claim the prize by 4:15 p.m. Monday, Dec. 24.

Maryland Lottery says this is the third $1 million winning Mega Millions ticket sold in Maryland in 2018.
