1 killed, 2 others injured after serious crash in Bowie

BOWIE, Md. - A person has died and two others were injured after a serious crash in Bowie Thursday night.

The crash happened on Route 301 and Mill Branch Road, and involved six vehicles.

Prince George's County Fire and EMS spokesperson Mark Brady said the one of the surviving victims was in critical condition while the other suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

Route 301 was shut down in both directions following the deadly crash, but was later reopened to traffic.
