2 shot in vehicle outside of Hip Hop Fish and Chicken in Northeast DC

WASHINGTON - Police are investigating a double shooting that took place in the parking lot of a Northeast D.C. restaurant.

D.C. police say a person approached an SUV and fired at two men in an SUV outside of Hip Hop Fish and Chicken located in the 2300 block of Benning Road at around 7:36 p.m. Tuesday.

The condition of the two victims is unknown at this time, but they were both conscious and breathing, according to police.
