14-year-old girl stabbed on Metrobus in DC

Police are searching for two suspects after a 14-year-old girl was stabbed on an X2 Metrobus outside of the Minnesota Avenue station Monday afternoon.

According to police, the victim was stabbed after an argument escalated into a fight between her and two female suspects.

All three know each other, police say.

The teenage victim was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening laceration injuries.

Despite earlier reports from D.C. police that a person was taken into custody, Metro Transit Police say no arrests have been made and they are still looking for the two suspects involved in the altercation.
