COLLEGE PARK, Md. (FOX 5 DC) - Authorities say one person is in custody after an early morning fire in College Park was determined to be an arson.
The fire was reported around 2 a.m. at a building in the 10000 block of Rhode Island Avenue.
Investigators say losses are estimated at $250,000.
The investigation is continuing at this time.
