Residents worry Chuck Brown Day event could bring problems to neighborhood

An event to honor a D.C. music legend is ruffling some feathers. Thousands of people plan to attend the first annual Chuck Brown Day next week but nearby residents are worried it will bring noise, trash and possibly violence to the area.
