Police locate 15-year-old mother, her 2 children, missing from DC

WASHINGTON - Police have located a 15-year-old mother, and her two young children, who had been missing from the District since Friday.

15-year-old Shawnetta Payne had last been seen on April 28 in the 2200 block of Southern Avenue in Southeast, D.C. Payne was reported missing along with her 1-year-old, Sophia, and her 3-month-old, Emma.

She was reported missing to police on Sunday. No other information was reported regarding her being found.
