Women face charges after 6-year old boy found duct-taped inside apartment

HOUSTON - Four women face charges after a 6-year old boy was found duct-taped inside a Houston, Texas apartment.

The boy was found by maintenance workers who went into the apartment to fix an air conditioner.

The 6-year old had his eyes and hands duct-taped.

When officers arrived they also found a little girl with burns on her hands.

Both children are in foster care.

Laura Garcia, Maria Ruiz, Emely Zuniga, and Stephanie Garcia (pictured above from left to right) all face child endangerment charges.
