DC anchors dance to viral 'Lemon Dance Challenge'

WASHINGTON - The 'Lemon Dance Challenge' has inspired people to turn their lemons into zesty dance moves and a few D.C. newscasters finessed it to the ground!

N.E.R.D. started a new wave when they released their hit "Lemon" featuring Rihanna. The catchy beat and lyrics instantly created the #LemonDanceChallenge, which was inspired by the talented Mette Towley's dance routine in the official music video.

Inspired and ready to slay, FOX 5's Tony Perkins, Tucker Barnes, Allison Seymour and Annie Yu cranked out to the jam.

Most recently Gal Gadot showed out, during a Revlon photoshoot break, with Towley in a video upload to Instagram-- the internet hasn't stopped screaming since!

And who can forget Serena Williams' tearing it up with a couple flight crew attendants-- RiRI sure didn't!
