Dad passes out candy on flight so 3-year-old can trick-or-treat: internet dubs him 'dad of the year'

- Father passes out candy to passengers on an evening flight from Boston to San Francisco so his little girl could trick-or-treat.

One dad, who understands the magic of Halloween, felt bad has little girl would miss trick-or-treating because of an evening flight. So, he came up with a special plan for his "little donut."
During the flight from Boston to San Francisco, the father passed out candy to all the passengers which included a note that detailed the gesture.
He then brought Molly, his 3-year-old daughter, who was dressed as a donut, down the aisle to "trick-or-treat."
Here is what the note, which was typed in the shape of a pumpkin, said:
"Happy Halloween!
My 3-year-old daughter, Molly, was bummed that she wouldn’t be able to go trick-or-treating this year due to this flight… so I decided to bring trick-or-treating to her. If you are willing, when my little donut comes down the aisle, please drop this in her basket. You’ll be making her Halloween! If you’re unwilling, no worries, just pass the treat back to me. Thanks so much!"
Are you in tears yet-- because we are!
The internet was also in full sobs. The sweet gesture, of a father looking to make his little girl happy, is what won him "dad of the year"-- at least that's what people on twitter said.
