Time-lapse video of cloud formation makes it look like city is underwater

AUGUSTA, Ga. - A mesmerizing time-lapse video of clouds rolling over Augusta, Georgia makes you feel like you are watching from a city underwater.

The crazy cloud phenomenon happened in March of last year and was posted on YouTube after being shot by Dr. Alan Walters from the window at University Hospital.

The video was taken with an iPhone 6 that Walters taped to a window inside of the building.

The cloud formation may be a Undulatus Asperatus, a formation that appears ominous, dark and wavy and sometimes follows storm activity.

So far, the video has been viewed over 44,000 times online.
