Teen arrested in shooting death of 17-year-old girl

ANNAPOLIS, Md. - A 19-year-old man has been arrested after police say he shot and killed a teenage girl in Annapolis.

Ryan Surgeon faces several charges, including first and second degree murder, say investigators.

Officers believe Surgeon killed the 17-year-old victim Monday just after 12 p.m. in the 1300 block of Tyler Avenue.

Police have not released a motive for the shooting. The investigation is still continuing at this time.
