A new study out of England shows that there is an exact time each week that people feel unhappiest.
According to an online article by the DailyMail, most people are most miserable at 11:17 a.m. on a Monday morning. The study by Plusnet says that only a quarter of those polled feel good before midday on Mondays.
The numbers also show that most people have cheered up by 2:35 p.m. Monday afternoon.
The same study reports that 9 out of 10 people say it only takes a small thing to improve your day – including things like finding a bargain at a store, getting a compliment from a stranger, or hearing your favorite song on the radio.
