Shooting, stabbing under investigation in the District

WASHINGTON - Two violent incidents in the District are under police investigation.

A man was shot just before midnight Sunday night in the 900 block of D Street in the Northeast. Just after 1 a.m., a man was stabbed in the 1500 block of Good Hope Road in the Southeast.

Both victims have non-life threatening injuries. Detectives have no suspects or motives in either case.
