GLEN BURNIE, Md. - (AP) -- Police say a man has been taken into custody after exchanging gunfire with police outside a home in Glen Burnie.
Anne Arundel County Police tell local news media outlets that the man called 911 late Tuesday and said he had a gun. After officers arrived at the home, police say the man came outside and pointed a rifle at officers.

Police say the man, a neighbor and an officer sustained minor injuries. Police say the man and neighbor both had upper body injuries and the officer had a minor injury to the top of his hand.
It was not immediately clear how the three were injured.
