35-year-old woman missing from Prince William County found safe
UPDATE: Prince William County police say Candis Peters has been located and is safe.
Police are searching for a 35-year-old woman missing from Prince William County.
Candis Dianne Peters was last seen on April 17 at around 8:30 p.m. Police say she was believed to be in Fairfax at the time of her disappearance and was driving to Manassas.
Police say Peters is missing under voluntary circumstances and may be in need of assistance, which they say qualifies her as being endangered.
She is described as a white female, 5-foot-3-inches tall, 285 pounds with black hair and hazel eyes. She may be driving a 1999 black Dodge Dakota with Virginia license plate VXM5139.
