Police: Newspaper vendor stabbed man after argument outside Metro station

Metro Transit Police say newspaper vendor accused of stabbing a man outside of a Prince George's County Metro stop Thursday morning has been arrested.

Officials say Daniel Brown, 50, was wanted in connection with the stabbing after he got into an fight with a man outside of the Addison Road-Seat Pleasant station in Capitol Heights. Brown now faces charges including attempted murder and first-degree assault.

The victim was taken to the hospital and is in stable condition.
