Police arrest man they say masturbated, exposed himself to young girls

SEVERNA PARK, Md. - Police arrested a man they say masturbated and exposed himself in front of two young girls in Anne Arundel County.

The incident happened on Monday along Evergreen Road near Maple Avenue in Severna Park.

Officers say a 15-year-old girl and her friend were walking near a blue Nissan 4-door sedan and observed the occupant naked from the waist down and masturbating.

The father of the 15-year-old girl learned of the incident on Friday and reported it to police. Officers identified the man as 35-year-old Adam Patrick Sandow and quickly made an arrest. They say he may be responsible for three additional indecent exposure incidents in March and April.

During the previous incidents, police believe Sandow exposed himself to juvenile females outside of the Severn School and at Kinder Farm Park.

Sandow faces four counts of indecent exposure.
