Northwest DC diner robbed for second time in last month, police say

A northwest D.C. diner was robbed for the second time in less than a month, police say.

Officers responded to a call for an armed robbery around 3:45 a.m. Monday at the Steak 'n Egg Kitchen on the 4700 block of Wisconsin Avenue.

Detectives say the suspects are described as two black men - one wearing green camouflage and the other wearing a black hooded sweatshirt. The men robbed the business of an undisclosed amount of money.

Investigators say the diner was also robbed by armed suspects on September 27th of this year. It is not clear if the two robberies are connected.
