SAN DIEGO - If you’re in the mood for a little winter wonderland fix, you’re not alone. Three polar bears at the San Diego Zoo got their snow fix on Friday—in the form of 26 tons of snow!
Yes, that’s 26 tons.
The three bears—Kalluk, Tatqiq, and Chinook—woke up to find their early Christmas surprise on Friday. It was made possible by donations to the zoo’s animal care wish list, collected on their website.
As you’ll see in the video, the three bears saw the snow and promptly began frolicking, sledding and digging for treats that were buried just for them to find.
