Police say man rammed cars after having bad day

Police in Leesburg, Florida on Tuesday arrested a man after they say he rammed four different cars, because he was having a bad day.

Anthony Coleman, 39, of Leesburg, faces four counts of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.

According to a police report, both drivers gave the same tag number, and so did a third and fourth driver who said they witnessed the man driving recklessly. One of those drivers was struck near a Fruitland Park Walmart, and further north, the other driver was hit by the man, later identified as Coleman.

Leesburg Police say they caught up with Coleman at his Leesburg home. He was standing next to his truck which had front-end damage. Police said Coleman readily admitted he had "bumped" some cars and then told them he did so because he had been picked on at a local park.

Coleman is being held in the Lake County Jail on $10,000 bond.
