Police: 8 arrests following Eagles Super Bowl win
PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - Philadelphia police say eight arrests have been made in connection with vandalism and assaults after the Philadelphia Eagles won the Super Bowl Sunday night.
One of the people arrested so far? 20-year-old John Rigsby. Police say Rigsby was part of a group of people who flipped a car onto it's side on the 1400 block of Walnut Street.

Rigsby faces various charges such as vandalism.
