Motorcyclist killed in collision with tractor trailer

OXON HILL, Md. - A motorcyclist is dead after a collision with a tractor trailer on a highway ramp in Oxon Hill, Md. The accident happened around 11:30 p.m. Wednesday on the ramp from Interstate 495 to Indian Head Highway.

Police say the driver of the motorcycle was killed and lanes in the area where closed for several hours.

The cause of the accident is unknown and it is unclear if charges will be filed.
