Metrobus accident causes delays in northwest DC

WASHINGTON - An accordion-style Metrobus was involved in an accident in northwest D.C. Monday..

The accident happened around 6:15 a.m. near the intersection of 16th Street and Underwood Street. Images from the scene show that the bus jumped the curb.

No injuries were reported at this time.

Drivers can expected delays in the area while emergency crews are on the scene. The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
