Man wearing dress arrested for indecent exposure

A man wearing a dress was arrested after police say he exposed himself.

The incident happened on Thursday in Frederick on the 900 block of North East Street just before 7 p.m.

Officers say 59-year-old Isaac Jose Arinez was wearing a dress when he lifted it and exposed his buttocks on two occasions to a victim.

Arinez faces charges of indecent exposure.
