Homicide investigation after man shot, killed on 10th Street in northeast DC

WASHINGTON - Police say a man was shot and killed overnight in northeast D.C. The shooting happened around 3:55 a.m. in the 900 block of 10th Street.

Officers say an adult male suffered a gunshot wound to the head and died at the scene.

Detectives have no suspect information at this time. The homicide is currently under investigation.
