Va. father delivers baby during blizzard

It was a birth to remember for a Virginia family after they were unable to receive medical assistance due to a blizzard impacting the region.

The Stafford County Sheriff's Office said the Stafford County Emergency Communications Center received a 911 call at around 1:44 p.m. Saturday of a mother going into labor. The family had hired a midwife to help with the delivery of the baby, but she was unable to reach the family's home due to the storm.

But a dispatcher was able to walk the father through the delivery very quickly, and two minutes later, a healthy baby boy was born.

Congratulations to the happy family!
