Upskirting suspect scheduled to appear in court later this month
FAIRFAX, Va. - It is a case we have been covering closely recently. Michael Edwards pleaded guilty in 2011 in Montgomery County to putting his own bodily fluid in a bottle and spraying it on the backs of women in stores.
He did not get jail time and was on probation for three years.
In August, he was arrested in Virginia for taking upskirt photos of a woman in a Safeway store, exposing himself and simulating masturbation.
He was arrested again in early September for taking upskirt photos of another woman at a different Safeway store.
Edwards will be in court on October 13.
