Take a look inside MGM National Harbor casino

With only three days away from their grand opening, MGM National Harbor resort and casino gave the media a sneak peek Monday inside the new facility.

Fun fact, it took 70,000 fresh flowers to bring the Christmas themed conservatory to life. It was breathtaking! The themes are expected to change according to the seasons.

The $1.4 billion property has lavish interior with breath taking artwork, and delicious restaurants ready to start serving customers.

The Las Vegas-style casino near the banks of the Potomac River will have more than 125,000 square feet of casino space. It will have about 3,300 slot machines.

Visitors can also expect night clubs, lounges, as well as shopping and meeting space.

Keep an eye out for their exquisite sinks. The chrome on the far right is a hand dryer. Bet you've never seen that before!

The casino-resort will have a 3,000-seat venue for concerts and special events and a 24-story hotel. The resort also will have a spa, salon and celebrity-chef restaurants.

A sophisticated traffic management plan has been put into place to help control the traffic flow in and around the area. Click here for the complete plan.
