On July 8,  Maryland-National Capital Park Police responded to the Germantown Indoor Swim Center in Boyds, Maryland for a disturbance in the men’s locker room.

Police say suspects were found to be photographing naked patrons as they changed clothes in the men’s locker room, but left before police arrived.

Officials have now released photos of the suspects from surveillance cameras in and around the swim center. Police say one black man and three black women were caught on the tapes, suspected for their involvement in the incident.

The group of people has been accused of barging inside the men’s locker room hurling insults and racial slurs and then refusing to leave.

In a FOX 5 exclusive, Gaithersburg resident Tom Rowse shared details about the alleged verbal assault and invasion of privacy.

“I put on all my clothes and I jumped right in the first girl’s face. I’m like, ‘Why are you in the men’s locker room?’” Rowse recalled. “She threw a whole bunch of curse words at me.”

He said he was with his 17-year-old son, who has autism, as well as also other men and boys who were getting changed. Rowse tells FOX 5 the incident was unsettling.

"He's able to recover from it. I'm able to recover from it. I just don't like to be put into that position."

Maryland-National Capital Park Police say the suspects face pending charges for Sex Offense.

Police say the suspects may be from the Baltimore area.

Anyone with information that could aid detectives in their investigation is urged to call Maryland-National Capital Park Police Detective Crystal Lopez at (301) 929-2774.
