WASHINGTON (FOX 5 DC) - The sunshine returns on Wednesday as do warmer temperatures in the upper-60s. FOX 5’s Mike Thomas says a breeze from the west will warm things up rather quickly around the D.C. area. A dry afternoon and evening are in store after showers on Tuesday night.
Thomas says the day will begin chilly but the warm weather will move in as early as this afternoon. Don’t be surprised if temperatures climb high enough in some areas to just touch 70 degrees.
Thursday is expected to be a little cooler with highs around 67 degrees. After showers and cooler temperatures on Friday we can look forward to a sunny weekend in the 70s!
Alright, we've been patient through the early week and now we are ready for some warmer weather...and today we shall have it!— Mike Thomas (@MikeTFox5) April 3, 2019
Still need the jacket this morning, but afternoon expected to warm up nicely despite the breeze. pic.twitter.com/g6v1GLKGBn
