WASHINGTON - Police are investigating a deadly shooting in northeast D.C.
The shooting happened just before 4 a.m. near the intersection of 4th Street and Adams Street near the Rhode Island Metro station. Officials say the victim is an adult male.
Officers have closed some roads in the area. Police are looking for an adult black male with a short haircut in connection with the shooting. The investigation is continuing.

4th St NE is still shut down at Rhode Island after a shooting around 3:45 this morning. The victim was found on the corner of 4th and Adams. Police are looking for a black male around 5'10" tall.
