Police release surveillance video in Springdale murder

SPRINGDALE, Md. - Prince George's County police have released surveillance video as they search for the person who killed a 59-year-old Springdale man.

The victim, Bernard Parker, was shot in his car not far from his Utica Place home on November 10.

Detectives have released surveillance video of the victim driving in his neighborhood just moments prior to the shooting. Police say they believe the victim was not traveling with the shooter. Instead, the suspect was outside of the car.

Investigators are currently working to identify a motive and a suspect.
